Connection, inclusion, and understanding are at the heart of what we do
Celebrating and supporting the lives and journeys of LGBTQIA+ folks for nearly 50 years
Growing together in grace and understanding
For LGBTQIA+ current and former Adventists who feel alone and have been told by your churches, schools, and families that being queer is sinful, we welcome you with open arms. This is a safe space.
The truth is, the Bible does not condemn LGBTQIA+ identities, and we believe Adventist spaces can and should treat everyone with love and respect.
Here, you’re safe to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others on similar journeys. We honor diverse viewpoints and backgrounds, providing an affirming and supportive space for all.

“It’s so nice to be in a community of others like me ... a place where people are accepted without being told to change or hide.”

Where We Are

“Kinship allows me to connect with people who understand my journey as a gay person. It's led to lifelong friendships and ongoing conversations. Having a community I can trust is so important and truly beautiful."

Our mission is to reconcile faith and LGBTQIA+ identities, foster personal growth, and advocate for inclusivity within the Seventh-day Adventist community and society.
Our Vision
We envision a future where LGBTQIA+ people are included and celebrated within the Seventh-day Adventist community and society at large. A world as God intended—where understanding replaces judgment, acceptance replaces exclusion, and love knows no boundaries.
